Bookings & Deposits
We hold tentative bookings for up to 7 days. A deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking. Final payment is due no later than 14 days prior to your arrival. Your deposit and subsequent payments represent your agreement to abide by the booking conditions. A security deposit of $200 will be required with final payment which will be refundable within 3 days after your departure.

Bowen Cottage provides 'exclusively yours' quality accommodation in an inner urban environment. We would be delighted to welcome you and your dog, if you have one. The cottage has 2 bedrooms (sleeping 4 persons) which can be set up with either 1 x king or 2 x single beds in both rooms.
